Antique Round Perpetual Calendar

Antique wooden round perpetual wall calendar.

Estimated to be early 20th century.

Linen scrolls showing the day, date and month are changed by hand using the side winders. At the end of the week, month or year the scrolls must be re-wound to the start.

Has been cleaned and given light refurbishment to bring back to 'display' condition. Really nice colour and overall condition but there is evidence of age and use over time. Full working order. As is often the case with these calendars, the front plate had hairline cracks caused by temperature and humidity changes. These have been repaired with wood glue but the 'hairline' is still visible but not detracting from the overall visual impact.
