Early 20th Century Weighing Scales by Salter
A set of spring balance kitchen weighing scales made in England by George Salter & Co circa 1921. Based on the 'Hughes Family Scales'.
Adjustable and weighing items up to 20lbs with 1oz graduations. In working order and overall good condition for their age (approx 100 years) making them a nice decorative item.
The enamel pan carries advertising for Homepride self-raising flour. Damage to the enamel as per images.
Approximate sizes: Overall height 27cm. Base 17cm x 14cm. Pan 25.5cm x 18cm. Dial diameter 13cm.
