Large sized tinplate Tri-ang breakdown truck.
One of the Bedford range of trucks made by Tri-ang (Lines Bros) between 1937 and 1956. Made from painted pressed steel with rubber tyres on cast alloy hubs.
In nice display condition but with obvious evidence of age and use over the last 70 or 80 years. I have tried to capture the condition within the images provided. There is some paint loss, dings etc. One of the chains attaching to the lifting arm is missing but it is unusual for any to be still present.
Approximate dimensions are: L 42cm (50cm incl. lifting arm) W 18cm H 17cm (to top of cab). Height to the top of the lifting arm per images is 30cm.
