  • A large tinplate Tri-ang tipper truck from the Bedford range. Made by Tri-ang (Lines Bros) between 1937 and 1956. Constructed from painted pressed steel with 'thin' rubber tyres on a metal 'disc' wheel. Later versions tend to have a 'fat' rubber tyre on a cast alloy hub.

    Overall in nice display condition. There is, not surprisingly, evidence of its 70+ years age and use. Some paint loss, dings etc which I have tried to capture within the images provided.

    Approximate dimensions are: L 50cm   W 17cm  H 17cm
