Vintage Double-Sided Fairground Sign

A vintage painted wooden, double-sided fairground sign.

Sign-written by hand on 5mm plywood. 

Age unknown but estimated to be from the latter half of the 20th century. In used condition with paint loss and other evidence of age and wear.

There are metal fixings which could be removed easily if desired.

The sign is typical of those displayed at fairs from the 1950s to 1970s. A nice decorative item and piece of social history perhaps for those annual visits to the travelling fair.
