Vintage Thunderbirds FAB 1 Toy Car

A vintage Thunderbirds FAB 1 car with Lady Penelope & Parker figures inside by JR21.

Manufactured by J Rosenthal (Toys) Ltd in the 1960s. Made from plastic with rubber tyres. 

In very nice condition for its age. This is the battery operated 'remote control' version. Although the parts are still present, the operation has not been tested. Given its age, I would suggest it is a collectors display piece and not for use.

I have had this item for a number of years and have only just noticed a tiny mark in the shape of an arc suggesting a crack in the plastic canopy but it cannot be felt on the surface and is hardly noticeable.

The toy comes with its original box and cardboard insert. A nice piece of nostalgia or collectable item. Unusual to find in this condition.
